If you are looking to expand your collection with a unique piece from the cosmos, you have come to the right place. With currently more than a hundred specimens on offer covering a diverse range of types and sizes, there will definitely be something to suit your wishes. This page shows an overview of the available items and what you can expect to receive. The webshop shows the individual micrometeorites that are currently in stock.

Single micrometeorites
Single micrometeorites may serve as a centerpiece item in your collection. They are stored in crystal clear acrylic capsules, which are suited both for display and microscopic study.

Each package includes a micrometeorite accompanied by an ID card with information on classification, size, mass, etc., as well as a signed copy of the scanning electron microscope data (chemical analysis and backscattered electron image(s)), serving as the certificate of authenticity. Some specimens include a second certificate/analysis of a bead, platinum group nugget, or other. You will also receive the image(s) digitally.

The webshop also includes a number of micrometeorites without SEM analysis on compositional data. The images and information are only provided digitally. Authenticity is of course still guaranteed. These micrometeorites are available for reduced prices, serving as a budget alternative.
Micrometeorite sets
Micrometeorite sets consist of three specimens including one of each of the most abundant types: porphyritic olivine, barred olivine, and cryptocrystalline. Great for display and to get acquainted with the great variety of textures.

Similar to single specimens, the micrometeorites are displayed together in a crystal clear capsule. Each individual is accompanied by the corresponding ID card, scanning electron microscope data as certificate of authenticity and backscattered electron images.

Micrometeorite sets are offered with a 15% discount.
Find your own
Have you attempted to find your own micrometeorite but haven’t succeeded yet? Then this is your chance to do so. You will receive a glass vial containing a typical gutter sample with at least one micrometeorite, accompanied by an identification card and certificate of authenticity with backscattered electron image(s), so you will know exactly what to look for. A crystal clear capsule is provided to store your finding afterwards.
The grain size of the sample approximately matches the size of the micrometeorite and sample weights depend on the grain size. The samples may contain typical anthropogenic particles, including spherules from road markings, mineral wool, industry, ceramics, and fireworks, giving you the true experience of finding your own micrometeorite from a rooftop sample!
